Returns & Refunds

If you're not happy with your rug, request a return within 7 days of delivery. Rugs must be unused, clean and in their original packaging.

• Custom-size or custom-design rugs
• Rugs that have been used, cut, washed or damaged
• Sale items marked as final sale

Email layeredinterio@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return, and we'll arrange a pickup. Pickup is free if the rug arrived damaged or defective. For other returns, a return shipping charge may be deducted from your refund — we'll confirm the amount before the pickup is booked.

Once your return passes inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer.
